Hidden Star has broken through for an impressive maiden victory on her home track.
The daughter of Group-winning sire Star Turn showed plenty of determination, settling beautifully under Mollie Fitzgerald from a wide gate, before unleashing strongly late to prove too good in the run to the line.
Out of the dual city-winning Pentire (GB) mare Hidden Message (NZ), Hidden Star is a half-sister to six winners, including stakes performer Iknowastar.
